Remote Marketing Assistant

  1. Identify Linkedin prospects to obtain accurate email and phone contacts and record them to CRM (close.io).
  2. Maintain contact with prospects (on email)
    1. Create and send drip campaign (approximately once a month)
    2. Send any company news, new products, new installation updates whenever they come up (2 times month)
  3. Work on Social Media campaigns and schedule in SocialBee (automated social posting app)
  4. Record and work on marketing related SOP and upload to fleeq.io (company training platform)
 
A Must:
  • Professional, Reliable and Honest
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Someone who follows company procedures and rules
  • Hardware Requirement: Quiet working environment, Fast broadband, mobile phone, laptop with Office Suite (or alternative like AnyOffice)
 
Base Salary: TBD on experience; $4-8/hr
 
Location: Remote
 
Work Evaluation: 90 Days
 
Preferred Candidate:
Second Language skill: Speakers of Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian.
 
We deal with large B2B product (LED Screen) with sale size of average $50,000 you must handle every interaction with clients professionally and with integrity.
