There can be an overwhelming tendency for the end-user to attempt to quote directly from the supplier.
The importance of a system in place to counter such inquiry and re-direct the inquiry back to the Integrator can not be overstated.
Work with a supplier that understands and respects the channel distribution model.
3. Fast proposal and with cutsheets
We all know the sinking feeling of not being able to communicate to our clients due to the lack of a piece of information upstream. Standard proposals should take minutes not days.
